Need a few more turns?

Manga panels appear at selected story moments, within your daily limit. Combat rounds do not each generate a panel; saved art remains available.

A turn pack adds 60 turns for $3, on any plan. Pack turns are used after your plan's turns and never expire. On Free, the 15-turn daily limit still applies; a pack does not add manga panels.

Questions

What is a turn?

Each move that the story answers counts as one turn: a choice, a typed action, a combat round. Shopping, changing gear and other menu actions are free. AI turns are shared across all your adventurers; authored Tale actions do not use this allowance.

When do my turns refresh?

On a paid plan, turns refresh when your plan renews each month. On the free plan they refresh on the 1st of each month (UTC). Unused plan turns do not roll over.

What is a turn pack?

A one-time purchase of 60 extra turns for $3. Pack turns are used only after your plan's turns run out, and they never expire. A pack does not remove the Free plan’s 15-turn daily limit or increase its manga-panel limit.

Is there a daily limit too?

Only on the free plan: 15 turns a day, reset at 00:00 UTC. Paid plans have no daily limit, so you can play your month's turns whenever you like.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes, any time, from Manage billing on your account page. An upgrade applies straight away; Stripe works out the difference. If you cancel, your plan lasts until the end of the period you paid for.

Who handles my payment?

Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach our servers.

Prices are in US dollars. By subscribing you agree to the Terms, including automatic renewal until you cancel.
